Why cows?
Because some fat guy named "Ed" called me a cow when I was a teenager. My dad thought it was funny and bought me a whole bunch of cow stuff. :P
Why "MompyCow"?
My middlest "Roo" couldn't really say "mommy" when he was a toddler, instead he called me "mompy". So combine that with the whole cow thing above, and you have a unique Internet nick-name.
